?METEX (metro) TWIN

It's a twin built using less than all the parts required to build a Lister Type Clone. You can quickly recognize this engine by the two separate air cleaners. Looking at the engine from the deck side, you see intake, exhaust, intake exhaust, versus the exhaust, intake, intake, exhaust as the Standards use.

Why did Metro build it this way? My guess is they didn't have the parts in the bin to build it the standard way, or maybe they thought it was a more clever design?

So... what did they do to that cam, and how will you find another one in 20 years if required?

If you buy Standard, you'll have a parts supply for the next 30-40 years (within all probability). It's really a good thing to think about the advantages of STANDARDS.

 All the best
