Kindle sales were light, and the rewards even lighter, so Bill canceled the effort.  I do have a way to deliver you a digital copy should you decide to make a small donation to keep utterpower info online.

    I would gladly pay $4 for the PDF. I have no working Kindle unfortunately!

      Last I heard there was a Kindle app for any generic android device. Maybe Apple too, not sure.

      I checked to day and see that this Kindle book is not offered on Amazon. 7 1 23. I have it on my Kindle app, but would love to have a PDF version of it. Has anyone offered that option? Thanks, Paul

    It’s important to note that there’s apps for cell phones and more.. kindle readers, and readers for other products as well, just do a google search…

    Have no Kindle, and my phone does not have that option available.
